eaziChop

Terms of Service

Last updated 14 September 2026

These terms apply to your use of eaziChop, operated by Wireless Digital Solutions. By creating a business account or ordering through our WhatsApp number, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

What eaziChop does

eaziChop gives businesses a catalogue and an ordering bot on a shared WhatsApp number. Customers text a business's code to browse and place orders, and the business manages those orders from its dashboard.

We provide the ordering tool only. We are not the seller, we don't prepare, deliver, or guarantee any product, and we don't handle payments. Every order is an agreement between the customer and the business.

Beta and pricing

eaziChop is currently free while in beta and takes no commission on orders. Features may change as we improve the service. If we introduce fees, we'll tell businesses in advance, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

Business responsibilities

If you use eaziChop as a business, you agree to:

  • Give accurate account and business information and keep your login secure.
  • Keep your catalogue accurate, including prices, availability, and photos you have the right to use.
  • Fulfil or promptly cancel orders you receive, and handle payments, refunds, and disputes with your customers.
  • Comply with the laws that apply to your business, including food safety, licensing, and consumer protection rules.
  • Use customer information only to handle their orders, not for unsolicited marketing.
  • Only sell items allowed under the WhatsApp Commerce Policy. No alcohol, tobacco, drugs, weapons, or other restricted goods.

Customer responsibilities

If you order through eaziChop, give accurate order and contact details and only place orders you intend to receive. Questions about an order, payment, or refund should go to the business you ordered from. Their contact details are shared when they update your order.

Acceptable use

Don't use eaziChop to:

  • Send spam, fake orders, or abusive messages.
  • Impersonate another business or take a code that misleads customers.
  • Attempt to access other accounts or data, or disrupt the service.
  • Break any law or WhatsApp's own terms.

Business codes

Codes are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a code that infringes someone else's name or brand, or that misleads customers. When you change your code, the old one keeps working for a grace period, after which another business may use it.

Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using eaziChop at any time. Email support@eazichop.com to have your business account deleted. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put customers at risk, and we'll tell you why unless we're legally unable to.

Disclaimers and liability

eaziChop is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and WhatsApp delivery depends on Meta's platform. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from orders, products, payments, or disputes between businesses and customers, or for indirect losses such as lost profits.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For significant changes we'll update the date above and notify businesses. Continuing to use eaziChop after that means you accept the new terms.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Questions: support@eazichop.com.
