eaziChop

Privacy Policy

Last updated 14 September 2026

eaziChop is operated by Wireless Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). eaziChop lets businesses take orders from their customers through WhatsApp. This policy explains what information we handle when you use our website, your business dashboard, or order from a business through our WhatsApp number, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

From businesses that sign up:

  • Account details: email address and password (passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text).
  • Business profile: business name, category, description, location, contact number, working hours, and payment details you choose to share with customers.
  • Catalogue content: item names, prices, descriptions, categories, and photos.
  • Your bot code and its history.

From customers who message our WhatsApp number:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number.
  • The messages you send to the bot and the replies it sends you.
  • Order details you provide: items, quantities, the name and phone number for the order, whether it's delivery or pickup, and a delivery address if you give one.
  • Which businesses you've ordered from or browsed, and when.

We don't collect payment card or mobile money details. Payment happens directly between the customer and the business.

How we use it

  • To run the ordering bot: show catalogues, keep your cart, and place orders.
  • To pass your order to the business you ordered from, so they can prepare, deliver, and contact you about it.
  • To send you updates about your order, such as when it's accepted.
  • To let businesses manage their catalogue, orders, and customer list.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

  • The business you order from. They see your order, your WhatsApp number, and the details you gave at checkout. Each business can only see its own orders and customers.
  • Service providers that host and run eaziChop for us: Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, to send and receive messages), Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage), and Vercel (website hosting). They process data only to provide their service to us.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

How long we keep it

We keep business account and catalogue data while the account is active. Order and chat records are kept so businesses have an accurate order history, and are deleted when the business account is deleted or when you ask us to delete your data, unless we need to keep something to meet a legal obligation.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Businesses can update most of their information directly in the dashboard. For anything else, including customers who want their order history or chats deleted, email support@eazichop.com from the address or about the WhatsApp number concerned and we'll respond within 30 days.

We handle personal data in line with Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843).

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to each business's data is restricted to that business's account, and only our servers can read chat and session records. No system is perfectly secure, so if you believe your account has been compromised, contact us straight away.

Children

eaziChop isn't intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let businesses know by email.
